Retractor arms and other accessories attach directly and securely to the Quick-Rail® of the skull clamp without damaging the sterile barrier.
Navigation tracking device adaptors attach directly to stainless steel starbursts on both sides of the skull clamp, close to the surgical field, thus granting high navigation precision.

The special design of the skull clamp fits open frame OR tables.
Its unique shape provides freedom in patient positioning, allowing to lower the patient´s head between the rails of an open frame OR table.

Flexible Application
The DORO® Skull Clamp for Spinal Frames fits a multitude of OR tables by means of table adaptors.
Optimal Patient Placement
Adjustable Extension Arms ensure that the patient‘s head fits into gantries of 32 cm / 12 inch and larger.
In combination with the DORO LUCENT® Disposable Skull Pins, this enables high-end imaging with mobile, small gantry CTs.
Double Safety
The DORO® XTom U-Belt is an additional safety feature. It works like a safety net and will prevent major injuries caused in the very unlikely event of a head slippage, no matter the patient’s head position.
Flexible Application
Attach DORO LUNA®, DORO COBRA® or Quick-Clamp products to the form-fitting Quick-Rail® interface. Navigation tracking device adaptors can easily be attached in close proximity to the surgical field, allowing a precise work for increased navigation precision.

Automatic Image Registration Ready
The system is compatible* with image-guided surgery (IGS) systems from the leading companies in the field, including the Automatic Image Registration (AIR) technology from Brainlab. It allows neurosurgeons to seamlessly integrate reacquired intraoperative MR images, eliminating the need to access anatomical landmarks.
*AIR compatibility depends on the IMRIS Scanner used.
Freedom of Choice
The cranial stabilization system allows to choose the best combination of intraoperative imaging technologies for an intervention, running different diagnostic methods on bone and tissues within the same surgery. This results in a more precise treatment with lower time consumption compared to separate imaging approaches.

Reliable Positioning
Thanks to the integrated shape-taking gel pads, the patient´s head can be securely bedded for interventions.
Flexible Application
DORO® Horseshoes come with a common base. Adjust the gel pads and the base´s width according to your patient.
DORO® Horseshoes are available for standard and imaging environments and fit a multitude of OR tables.
Multiple versions of the system (standard, for carbon tabletops, for ENT) and skeletal traction options make it suitable for various interventions.
While the standard version ensures a high degree of flexibility, the RS* radiolucent version offers extra space for imaging systems and the ENT version extra clearance under the patient´s head.
