As Owner and Managing Director of Black Forest Medical Group, Matthias Schüle leads the company’s strategic direction and growth, focusing on innovation, business development, and strategic partnerships. Matthias took on management responsibilities early in his career, growing the company from a small team to an internationally recognized organization. His background in mechanical engineering and business administration has shaped his approach, blending technical expertise with business acumen.

Since becoming the sole shareholder in 2016, Matthias has strengthened Black Forest Medical’s production capabilities through the acquisition of Feinmechanik GmbH, positioning the company as a leader in neurosurgical cranial stabilization. His vision goes far beyond being a provider of “just another skull clamp”, aiming to make DORO® the most trusted choice for head fixation devices worldwide. Matthias is dedicated to fostering a culture of agility, responsibility, and innovation throughout the company.
